Headwinds Ahead....
Headwinds on the way down, headwinds and storms on the way back conspired to make this trip a bit more challenging. Still, with the excellent company of Gianna and 38 puppers time seemed to fly.
It was another one of those missions that started with sad stories which became happy endings. Including Gianna falling in love with a dog at the shelter in Mississippi. Unfortunately there was no space on this flight, but we have plans to return soon bringing her back to a loving home in NJ after spending over four years in the shelter.
